14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Policy)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

How to initiate a return:

• The 14-day cooling-off period starts the day you receive your goods.

• Contact us via email to declare your intention to return the item.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken.

Once we receive the returned goods, a full refund (including standard outgoing shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
